They are those that they have always supported, and they will support. They are innate with his vision of the world, there they, with this speech, and although they do not erase us of his files and records, every time they have less followers and even less clients for his elegant ritual paraphernalia (it is necessary to admit that a good catholic wedding with music, children with pledge and the whole pyx has his attraction).

Paris, July, 1974

Ours there was outstanding figure Brassens, Brel, Ferrat, I ironed, as for Spain Paco Ibañez, Llach... etc. The Chilean drama was very recent and we had, when we were trying to forget at home our slightly buoyant situation, a Quilapayún disc sounding contínuamente:
That disc was containing a Russian popular song, Por mountains and prairies, which in the Spanish edition of the disc it was not representing, and I have not obtained it however much I have tried to find it, because that disc remained there. It was not ours, it was a property of Miguel and Manoli: What will have belonged to them? Nevertheless, personally, I believe that it me was worth it. I learned many things, forged a character and especially I placed a few beginning, politicians basically but also ethical, that I feel today more fortresses that never, although someone, I believe that affectionately, it considers me to be as a reactionary. I always knew that the kings magicians were El Corte Ingles, the gifts Pável Korchaguin always brings them to me. And especially because I, which obviously I did not inform in the May, 68, as to Rick and to Ilsa, and which always hated Laszlo always fucks me me will have left, the memory of this Paris, in which I could dress myself of blue when the whole Spain was dressing of gray.

The Lyre
There is convenient, seems to me, occasionally little daily activity drifts apart, well be labor, that does not cause me big effort, well sociopolitical, what costs me enough more. It serves, at least it serves to me, this dissociation species to strengthen the spirit, term that, and metaphysician does not enter nature considerations, I like using. And it serves to me because for this spiritual strengthening, I need pleasant activities and as every day I feel more epicurean, following, more or less, the tetraphármakon: it is necessary to worry neither about the gods, nor about the death, the good is easy to manage and the evil easy to avoid, I end, as the Greek philosopher, preferring the pleasures catastemáticos to the kinetic ones, finally any attempt of pleasure that implies his physical effort, sudoración excessive and weariness loses big part of his extract. Between these passive pleasures the reading occupies an important place, between other things because, probably, it is the most comfortable. I love the music, without understanding too much, but, without despising the excellent existing recordings, as more I enjoy it it is live., and it implies moving, dressing itself appropriately, to find parking, etc... He would say the same about the movies, which demands, position tastes in the pure state, a good room, his something more and more difficult of thinking, that the possibility of eating little doves discredits, from already, any place. The reading only needs a good book, a comfortable armchair and that they leave one alone. I suppose that I will not be the only one to which this phenomenon happens to him, but not always one has the same predisposition for depende what type of reading. And I, in these moments, walk tangled, and do not know porqué with Saint John of the Cross. And it takes me to the title of the entry The lyre.

The PP of Alpedrete

Last December 30 an agreement was signed between a construction firm and the Town hall of Alpedrete in order to detail a sector affected by the PGOU known as “The Plains”. The target of this agreement is the construction of an important number of housings in this sector on the part of this property development company, once approved definitely the PGOU and in the minor possible period of time.
Between the papers contributed by the property development company there are included contracts of buy and of call option on the part of this company of the farms affected in future PGOU, which is still still to be approved definitely. In the relation of titular persons of these areas that have turned out to be benefited by these contracts there appears the current councilman of town planning of Alpedrete. In other words, this person has already turned out to be benefited economically by the development of this PGOU and that that still has not been approved. There escapes from nobody now which has been the real motivation by which it was included in the electoral list of the People's Party to the last municipal elections. It was never a political motivation, it was simple and smoothly a personal economic reason.
We ask, for obvious motives, the immediate resignation of the councilman of town planning, which we suspect has used his charge to promote a beneficial PGOU for his particular interests. His situation is ethically untenable inside the team of government.
But the most serious of this matter is that this contract of “call option“ between the parts, of which an important payment has already been carried out on the part of this company to the mister councilman, took place on July 1, 2005, six months before the public exhibition of the PGOU, on December 23, 2005.
The proper contract alludes to the PGOU that was, in these dates, beginning appearing for the team editor and the team of government of Marisol Casado. Our neighbors wish a transparent management, not performances cloudy and full of questions that only they lead to question once again the municipal political activity. And they go already too much in our Community of Madrid.

First of all it is necessary to emphasize that there have no been, not very much less, a few internal IU days, there has been a nourished participation of movements of any nature, coincidental all of them in which it is necessary to construct a new productive model, serve like example Ecologists' Yayo Herrero in Action, Lourdes Lucía of ATTAC or Begoña San Jose of the Forum of Feminist Politics, along with university teachers like Fernando Luengo, and there are not missing representatives of the world of the work as Jordi Ribó, responsible for Social Economy of the Confederal Executive of CC.OO. And secondly, this wide plurality, plurality in the left undoubtedly, could have debated without obstacles of any type.
This route of debate and analysis with the set of the social left, at least with the social left that he wants to debate and analyze is a way, to my judgment, correctly, but it is only the beginning, we have to study in depth him, to make it daily. We have to demonstrate that it is a useful route to be constructing an alternative that it attracts on the one hand to these sectors, to my judgment deeply sectarizados, that, to today, are sure that the revolutionary masses are mature and only they need a sign to be thrown to the capture of the power, and on the other hand to those who, increasingly, are taking conscience of which the classic parties of the social democracy, in Spain and out of her, their names be Spanish socialist party, SPD or Labour Party, they are incapable, not already of doing a revolution, in which they never believed, but not at least of practising politics of Keynesian cut that in some moment helped to create the mirage of the capitalism refriend, of the welfare state still at the cost of deepening, in international key, the differences between rich and poor.
It is not the moment to throw the bells to the flight, we are beginning going along along a route that for the long time we have blocked up to move in the internal struggle, a struggle that is positive if it is dialectical and ideological and bad if only it refers to names, positions and charges. Proposing
The communists, which we are in the CPS and also many that are not organized, are not, certainly I it am not, a species of dedicated Machiavellian plumbers, to control, or to try to control, the movements in which we take part, much especially IU and CC.OO. I am not going to deny, because it would be stupid, that in some moment of the history, the Party has tried to control all that in what was putting the eye, or, to be more exact, the action of his militants. We all remember the times in which most of the pictures of CC.OO. were of the CPS, the leaders were of the AA.VV. they were of the CPS, and even, it even does not very much, the general coordinator of IU, Gerardo Iglesias and Julio Anguita, he was in turn the General Secretary of the CPS. In defense of the Party it is necessary to say that frequently it was not a question of an action strategically premeditated, simply it happened that the most active elements were: that coincidence! members of the CPS. In any case, to day of today this is not the situation. The communists we take part, and of the most active form that we can, in Izquierda Unida, and in fact it is our fundamental strategic option, and we are forced to take our proposals to Izquierda Unida and Izquierda Unida will assume those that it assumes, that are great or small it is going to depend on us. The economic crisis began to feel in Spain at the end of 2006, moment in which there began the fall of real estate sales and the slowing down of prices. Secondly, the real estate crisis can end up by generating a financial crisis of big dimensions due to his strong dependency on the town-planning speculation (50 % of the credits in banks and 70 % in boxes). At the moment, the financial system is refinancing the irrecoverable credit that the real estate agencies and thousands accumulate of mortgaged to conceal the increasing slowness and to avoid to register losses. The thousands of million euros that the Government has given to the Banking have served to cover his problems, to support the managerial benefit and thus the financial capital is mending his profit valuation, because the reality is that the Banking, even in crisis times, keeps on presenting millionaire benefits (in euros) and that the Savings banks keep on trying to work like Banks, while those who do not receive helps to solve his problems are the simple citizens dependent on a loan or on a mortgage who cannot pay.
Saying this, the question is: What to do? Because the reality is that until now we have not been capable of generating the necessary social tension to mobilize the workers and workpeople in the defense of an exit for the left to this situation. It is not sufficient in spite of saying that the things are very badly, it is not sufficient in spite of saying that it is necessary to mobilize, to organize the social answer to the situation of crisis, it is necessary that the CPS becomes visible in the social action, in the defense of the hard-working class, because the reality is that it is advancing the conservative exit of the crisis, the reality is that we are ALREADY paying it who we have not provoked it while the big fortunes keep on supporting his benefits.
We are advancing, then, in a conservative exit of the crisis that happens for an adjustment of the salary, both of the direct one, and of the indirect one and of the deferred one, which happens for a consolidation of the neoliberalism with more labor instability, for the reduction of the public expenditure to return to the budgetary balance at the cost of less social rights and the practical disappearance of the public thing in the economy.
The exit of the crisis is appearing from the lack of solidarity of be saved the one who could, and the individualism, it is not a coincidence that there appear with clarity signs of xenophobia encouraged by a system that looks for the clash between workpeople who are blamed some to others for his misfortunes without looking for the real causes of his problems.
The disfavor of the politics worries us in general and of the parties in particular that one sees reflected in the last survey of CIS, because this disfavor removes to the citizenship of the social participation, it puts us to all in the same sack, turns the protests against the situation into complaints without active answer and looks for the alienation of those who protest so that they are located out of the system and there do not appear his transformation, the abstention of the dissatisfactions for not having any confidence in anybody, fruit of this disfavor would be the success of the bipartisanship.
In these moments the generation of employment is not in any of the real priorities of whom there direct the economy those who declare without mufflers that the employment rates of 2008 do not recover up to 5 ó 6 years after going out of the crisis, as if this one could separate of the employment creation. What really is located first of all like target of the economic policy is the managerial profitability and the helps to the banking, helps that the others do not reverberate for anything in the citizens and city dwellers.

Also we defend the elimination of the called "Common Position" against Cuba, and the establishment of a few relations opposite to the current ones of "liberalization of the economy", to work jointly EU and Latin America in favor of a common defense of the liberating human and democratic values that are conquering and leading countries like Venezuela, Ecuador, Bolivia, Uruguay, Brazil, Paraguay, and finally neutralizing the belicismo of the politics of the United States in Latin America as one has seen with the North American bases in Colombia, and the coup d'état in Honduras. We denounce the cynicism that supposes showing solidarity with the situation of the people of Haiti and allowing the dictator's family Duvalier to support in France more than 100 million euros that they extracted illegally of Haiti.

The agreement SPANISH SOCIALIST PARTY - PP on the development of the Spanish presidency does not try to modify an apex the guidelines both of the European Central Bank and of the Agreement of Stability, therefore we understand that from this politics there is possible struggle neither in favor of the recovery of the "stable" employment, nor much less defense of the European food sovereignty, when the Community Agricultural policy wants to be replaced with other one that favors even more dependency on the exterior.
Simultaneously, the development of the Treaty of Lisbon relegates the trade union rights, makes us dependent on the NATO and on his belicismo, precisely in a few moments in which the USA increases his pressure on Latin America reactivating IV Fleet and trying a bad agreement with the Afghan talibans to be able to return effective to the Latin-American stage. A Treaty that supports a discriminatory position towards the immigrants.
Opposite to this situation from the CPS we raise the need to look for the widest social and political convergence in this period to raise a review of the model of Europe, thinking about his citizenship and not about the Banks and about the benefits of the companies, a model that should promote the public services and a democratic planning of the economy.
In the international aspect of this semester from the CPS we have to try to intervene in a positive way in the Spanish presidency of the EU giving solution to the need for the Palestinian State, recovering the Waybill and applying the resolutions of the UNO, simultaneously that recovers the question of the Sahara, which happens for the celebration of the referendum of self-determination.
Also we defend the elimination of the called "Common Position" against Cuba, and the establishment of a few relations opposite to the current ones of "liberalization of the economy", to work jointly EU and Latin America in favor of a common defense of the liberating human and democratic values that are conquering and leading countries like Venezuela, Ecuador, Bolivia, Uruguay, Brazil, Paraguay, and finally neutralizing the belicismo of the politics of the United States in Latin America as one has seen with the North American bases in Colombia, and the coup d'état in Honduras. We denounce the cynicism that supposes showing solidarity with the situation of the people of Haiti and allowing the dictator's family Duvalier to support in France more than 100 million euros that they extracted illegally of Haiti.
At the end of the semester we will value the results of this presidency according to his social achievements, creation of employment and of advances for the politics of peace and European independence opposite to the imperialism,
In another things order, we take note that the Refoundation process is in march, including the resolution that on the internal IU conflicts approved the past Federal Advice that is the frame to advance towards the solution of the situations that ballast us for years, simultaneously that we call so that all our organizations are implied and demand the cumplimento of this resolution.
The CPS must begin debating the ideas that are forming a collective opinion of the militants, we have to put ourselves in the avant-garde of the process of Refoundation of IU like maximum expression of our politics of convergence.
XVIII Congress defined the frame that the CPS raises for the Refoundation of IU and to develop these agreements we raise to do a process that with the maximum participation of the Party ends in a Federal Committee concerning May, for it in this February the first meeting will be celebrated with the perm extended to raise firstly documents that it already allows us to inform from in the debate of a coordinated form.
It is good to remember that the Refoundation of IU is already a process in march and his target is to do of IU a real Organized Social movement that works from the centrality of the Program and his movement so much to the institutions and as to the society.
A Social, organized Political movement that is a modality of the anticapitalist, republican, federal left that does not resign itself to being taken up office by the system.
A Social, organized Political movement that allows another way of doing politics in which the important thing the participation and the collective making is.
A Social, organized Political movement in which they could coexist and work together, Socialists, communists, nationalists of lefts, persons without partial ascription concerning a program and a political practice.
A Social Political movement organized concerning a few clear rules of functioning that approved democratically force those who voluntarily have committed themselves to it, therefore, in the refoundation it has the whole world fitted without much ado extreme, that being ready to accept the politics approved in the assemblies, the strategies and the agreements adopted as the organs.
A Social, organized Political movement that allows a more open militancy in the social thing that the one that represents a Political party.
Now it is a question of specifying these ideas in the double entendre of advancing in the social Call, because only in the frame of a wide social and political convergence he has sense to Re-found IU and also in the sense of advancing in the new way of organizing us, from the proposals of the CPS we must look for the synthesis with other groups and persons who take part in this process, so that between all and we all could construct this unitary modality of the anticapitalist, republican and federal left that must be the Refounded IU.
