The PP of Alpedrete

Last December 30 an agreement was signed between a construction firm and the Town hall of Alpedrete in order to detail a sector affected by the PGOU known as “The Plains”. The target of this agreement is the construction of an important number of housings in this sector on the part of this property development company, once approved definitely the PGOU and in the minor possible period of time.
Between the papers contributed by the property development company there are included contracts of buy and of call option on the part of this company of the farms affected in future PGOU, which is still still to be approved definitely. In the relation of titular persons of these areas that have turned out to be benefited by these contracts there appears the current councilman of town planning of Alpedrete. In other words, this person has already turned out to be benefited economically by the development of this PGOU and that that still has not been approved. There escapes from nobody now which has been the real motivation by which it was included in the electoral list of the People's Party to the last municipal elections. It was never a political motivation, it was simple and smoothly a personal economic reason.
We ask, for obvious motives, the immediate resignation of the councilman of town planning, which we suspect has used his charge to promote a beneficial PGOU for his particular interests. His situation is ethically untenable inside the team of government.
But the most serious of this matter is that this contract of “call option“ between the parts, of which an important payment has already been carried out on the part of this company to the mister councilman, took place on July 1, 2005, six months before the public exhibition of the PGOU, on December 23, 2005.
The proper contract alludes to the PGOU that was, in these dates, beginning appearing for the team editor and the team of government of Marisol Casado. The question to which the mayoress has to answer is: how did the construction firm know what areas were going to be included in the advance of this PGOU?.

They have cheated the neighbors with a farce that is not already supported and for that reason also we ask that the resignation of the Mayoress of Alpedrete that since we all know in 2005 was governing the destinations of our municipality. She is responsible for the current situation of founded suspicion that relapses on the Town hall into reference to this one more than cloudy matter.
As soon as possible, and since we have asked repeatedly the latter years, we demand that this General Plan should move back and that it should be adapted to the real needs for the municipality and his neighbors, not to the personal needs for few ones.
Finally we call also to the political forces that still believe in the real needs of Alpedrete and that are opposite to using the politics as a tool for personal benefit to denounce this deplorable situation, as well as to the local associations of the municipality and to the neighbors in general.
Our neighbors wish a transparent management, not performances cloudy and full of questions that only they lead to question once again the municipal political activity. And they go already too much in our Community of Madrid.
